Support the causa!

Since its very first national conference Arte Sana has always supported the professional development of victim advocates and promotoras through full and partial scholarships. Requests for scholarships from advocates in and out of Iowa have been overwhelming for the 2013 Nuestras Voces Conference.

Please consider supporting Arte Sana's
efforts in one of three ways!
Revenue earned will help cover Nuestras Voces conference expenses AND will allow us to offer scholarships to promotoras, students and victim advocates from agencies without professional development budgets.

    Place an ad

Place an Ad in
the Conference Booklet!

Various agency ad and personal commemoration listing options are available. Coalitions might consider placing an ad for conferences in 2013 or 2014.

Your support can assure the attendance of advocates and promotoras/community health workers in Iowa and nearby regions. Make a donation and share your message to fill the Corazón de las Mariposas (butterfly heart)!

SAAM Tote Bag

In Spanish 'el sol' is a masculine noun and 'la luna' is a feminine noun. The orginal "Luna/Sol" design honors pre-Columbian concepts of gender and cosmic dualism, and the fact that sexual violence affects us all.

The design's slogan "Advocacy + Prevention Sin Fronteras" reaffirms that victim rights are human rights regardless of residency or residency status and that ALL should be engaged as agents of change in order to prevent sexual violence.
