Conference registration can be paid for with a credit card through PayPal or a check mailed directly to Arte Sana. The PayPal option also allows you to make a credit/debit card payment as a PayPal guest. If you select the PayPal option, please make sure to first submit the registration form and then press the "Pay Now" button located at the bottom of this page.

This is an independent, non-funded Arte Sana conference so cooperation with payment options and deadlines is necessary to help us meet our many obligations. Funds raised from the conference are needed to offset operational expenses not covered by limited grant funding.

Nuestras Voces Conference Refund Policy

Arte Sana will need to charge a $25 processing fee for all cancellations and refund requests made up until January 17, 2013.

Refunds cannot be made after January 17, 2013. Cancellations made after January 17 (due to critical extenuating circumstances only) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
